Special Meeting of Facilities Committee of the Whole

Members present: Maxine Divine, Martha Carter, Harlan Hawkins, Carol Scidmore, Mary Benson and John Francisco. Absent: Chris Ferguson. Also present: Barb Coward.

Meeting called to order by Harlan Hawkins at 7:02 p.m.

The issue of moving the Cortland Community Library to the vacated Cortland Elementary School was discussed in length. Money is not available for renovations. Need information for the DeKalb School Board.

Martha Carter made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Mary Benson seconded the motion. The meeting was adjourned at 8:10 p.m.
